Effective date: April 5, 2026

If you see a scam, prohibited item, rule violation, or suspicious behavior on ShooterBoard (shooterboard.com), please report it. Reports from the community are essential to keeping the platform safe and usable.

ShooterBoard does not participate in user transactions, does not verify users or listings, and cannot guarantee the outcome of any deal. However, we can review reported content, remove listings, and take enforcement action when appropriate.

1. What You Can Report

  • Suspected scams or fraud (advance-fee fraud, fake listings, bait-and-switch, escrow scams)
  • Prohibited items or unlawful listings (see the Prohibited Items Policy)
  • Stolen property or listings with suspicious origin
  • Harassment, threats, intimidation, or abusive behavior
  • Impersonation of another person, business, or law enforcement
  • Doxxing — posting another person’s private information without consent
  • Spam, mass-posting, or bot activity
  • Listings that encourage bypassing legal requirements (e.g., “no paperwork” offers)
  • Straw purchase solicitations
  • Any content that violates the Terms of Service

Copyright complaints (DMCA) are handled separately under the DMCA Policy. DMCA email: info@shooterboard.com

2. How to Submit a Report

Email: info@shooterboard.com

Please include as much of the following as possible:

  • Direct link(s) to the listing, user profile, or message thread in question
  • A clear, specific description of what happened or what you observed
  • Relevant dates and times
  • Screenshots or saved message history (if available)
  • Any other details that help us understand and evaluate the issue

The more detail you provide, the faster and more effectively we can act.

3. What Happens After You Report

  • We review reports as time and resources allow.
  • During beta, we prioritize safety-critical issues and clear policy violations.
  • Based on our review, we may: remove listings, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate accounts.
  • We may not be able to share the specific outcome of every report due to privacy and operational considerations.
  • We may preserve records and cooperate with law enforcement when required by law or when we believe it is necessary to protect user safety.

Please note: ShooterBoard is not a law enforcement agency. We cannot investigate crimes, compel users to take action, or mediate disputes between users. If a situation involves potential criminal activity, contact law enforcement directly.

4. Emergencies

If you believe you are in immediate danger or witness a crime in progress, contact local law enforcement (911) immediately.

ShooterBoard is not equipped to respond to emergencies. Do not rely on a report to ShooterBoard as a substitute for contacting emergency services.

5. Retaliation Prohibited

ShooterBoard does not tolerate retaliation against users who submit good-faith reports. If you experience retaliation for filing a report, please let us know.

6. False Reports

Submitting knowingly false or malicious reports to harass another user or to abuse the reporting system is a violation of the Terms of Service and may result in enforcement action against your account.
