1) Anything illegal

  • Any item, service, or transaction prohibited by federal, state, or local law
  • Stolen property or items with clearly suspicious origin
  • Listings that request or facilitate illegal activity

2) Fraud, scams, and deceptive listings

  • Fake listings, bait-and-switch, or misrepresentation of condition, identity, or ownership
  • Requests for advance payment to unknown parties, escrow scams, or other known scam patterns
  • Impersonation of another person or business

3) Weapons-related items prohibited by law or high risk by nature

The Site does not allow listings that promote or facilitate unlawful weapon transfers or unlawful weapon modification.

Examples of prohibited content include:

  • Items with altered, defaced, removed, or mismatched serial numbers
  • Conversion devices or parts marketed to convert a firearm to fire automatically
  • Unlawful machine gun parts or “auto sear” type devices
  • Unlawful silencers or suppressor parts, or any listing that attempts to bypass legal requirements
  • Unregistered or unlawfully possessed NFA-regulated items (as applicable)

Note – If an item is legal only under specific procedures, permits, or licensed transfer rules, the listing must be written and handled lawfully. If you cannot clearly do that, do not list it.

4) Unlawful transfers and bypassing required procedures

  • Listings that encourage or request transfers to prohibited persons
  • Listings that encourage bypassing background checks, licensed dealer requirements, waiting periods, or other legal steps where they apply
  • Listings that ask for false statements, forged documents, or “no paperwork” where paperwork is required

5) Dangerous instructions and how-to content

  • Step-by-step guides or detailed instructions intended to enable illegal activity
  • Content encouraging violence, threats, or harm

6) Personal data and doxxing

  • Posting another person’s private information without permission (home address, phone number, IDs, financial info)
  • Threats, harassment, stalking, or hate content

7) Spam and abusive platform behavior

  • Mass posting, duplicate spam listings, link spam
  • Automated scraping, bots, or attempts to disrupt the Site
  • Attempts to evade moderation actions or bans

How we enforce

We may remove listings, restrict features, or suspend/terminate accounts for violations. We may also preserve logs and cooperate with lawful requests when required.
